Anyone who doesn't realise that low level flight is done to avoid radar detection rather than for bombing accuracy has absolutely no business commenting on military matters. And to think he 'helped' with the 1997 defence review.

The main purpose of Government is to protect it's people and to maintain the rule of law. Everything else is secondary.
