Oh tory Bear, while you are on SKY news, could you be a doll and mention that Boris wants to reduce usage of thin plastic bags? He would like them to be non-existent by 2010, so we are all a thin plastic bag free zone.

Might be hard to fit this in the other things you have to say, but you are so smart, you can do it if anyone can.
