Who Needs Political TV Ads

The ban on political parties buying advertising on television is ridiculous. It does force a certain creativity though:

Anyone know how much that would have cost CCHQ?

Does it cost much apart from the laser equipment to do it? I am intrigued - do you have to get permission to project images and words onto the sides of buildings?? Do you have to pay the building owners anything? Are their H&S implications...?

Does it matter how much it cost?

I would imagine no more than a TV Campaign would have cost.

Projecting onto buildings is becoming more popular with companies now. You can do it yourself to a certain extent:

Probably only about £1,000. Two strong projection lights each with a go-bo (go between filter) with the message on. I suspect the building owners let the party use it for free.

Isn't the building the Tate Modern anyway?

no - it is not the Tate Modern! This is the Tate Modern:

The building featured is same as:

I think!
