These are not good headlines, I fear. They are flaccid and silly. Not one would get into print. There's a proper good headline in a comment in one of the Spectator Coffee House blogs: "Man had sandwich in briefcase".
Or how about a real classic, from the Sun in the early '70s: "Welfare Worker's Nude Model Wife and the One-Legged Chinese Hypnotist from the Co-op Bacon Factory". That was written by a sub called Phil Heming. I was there at the time.
