The Times a few weeks back featured his twitter as this one, so the Times says its him so it must be true.
I presume he dictates it to someone most of the time (probably a City Hall staffer, given that he's registered as MayorOfLondon rather than under any form of his name). But his abandoned attempt a few weeks back to follow everyone on his followers list smelled like 100% raw Boris.
