Please tell me that is not Michael Rock.
The picture file is saved as “puddles” so my best guess would be whichever one of the current ruling clique goes by that particular nickname (its like the days of Beakface all over again…). I thought Patrick Sullivan was “patches” so it cannot be him…

Patrick is also called "Puddles", drinks a strange green drink and also TBH who in CF is most likely to be found in a picture like this one?
