CF are a waste of space. They were worse than useless at the GE this year, and the completely London-centric CF bosses seem quite content to ignore the North of England (our crucial battleground), and continue to promote CF as some M25-bound drinking club.
Also, everyone seems to have forgotten the fact that Ben Howlett's (I refrain from calling him Cllr., as he is only a Town Councillor) debauched drunken antics were splashed all over the Manchester Evening News at last year's party conference, bringing the party into disrepute.
Interesting point, Simon is the only credible candidate as it stands, the smears by Howlett will only count against his team. Cox has an issue that anybody who know's him from his CF time does not respect him.
