How is this a slander?
Well in a piece about corruption in the House of Lords involving large sums of money and changing the law Draper has drawn attention to another Peer, implying he could be tarred with the same brush as the accused. All this without a shred of evidence, instead of backing up his claims he tells people to go ask Guido...
To a casual reader Draper is implying that Lord Strathclyde is a crooked as the Labour Peers
