The future's bright...

London Liberal Youth
had their launch party last week at the Lib Dem HQ in Cowley St with Nick Clegg popping in for a chat. Charles Kennedy was clearly in attendance as the mulled wine ran out before
anyone else got any
. Tory Bear was checking out the new London Yoof site and although lots of people take the piss out of the Lib Dems for being useless anyway, they hardly help their cause:
Might want to get a spell check guys.

Hysterical. How witty. Genocide in Darfur, global warming not relenting and the threat of economic depression, and you are commenting about a missing 'i' in a banner? Why not go and try and get a girlfriend?

Off topic I know, but when is Vince Cable going to defect to the Tories and get some real influence for his Twickenham constituency? I reckon he coud increase his majority too. And it would really, really piss off the Richmond Orangistas.

Pity the poor Liberal Youth, they have received the majority of their education under a Labour government, it's practically a miracle that they can spell at all.

Since when did pointing out the failure of other political parties become so touchy-feely? For what it's worth, I agree - there is no I in Liberal. They're pro-EU and have bleeding hearts. You can only give to others when you have more than they do - that's how it works. At the moment I have fuck-all so I agree with TB. The second anonytwunt @ 21.39 can go and dig a well in the Sahara and salve his conscience that way instead of trying to make the rest of us feel guilty. The future of my own children comes before those of my globalised neighbour.

Isn't this about their seventh or eigth "launch party".

Why not get on with it? It's only a bit of mediocrity.

Pfft, they're liberals, that means they can spell words whichever way they like. (Whether they intend to or not.)

Missing ‘I’ isn’t quite as bad as getting a parish poll on the EU Lisbon Treaty and getting the wrong treaty in the question wrong!

When Boris's Dad stood for parliament in 2005; he missed out the 'D' in Teignbridge, the name of the constituency he was fighting. The same election address said Conservatives want 'more talk and less action'. So I think we can safely say all parties make the odd typo.
