I hope Cameron awards this when/if he becomes PM next June.<br /><br />In the meantime, he COULD support Klaus by strengthening his statement on the Treaty and making sure that EU Leaders know there WILL be a Referendum in the UK - regardless of whether or not it has been Ratified.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
