A quick cursory glance suggests that the "sycophancy" accusation is run against anyone who dare speak in support of Elaine.

The negative comments by Elaine were only ever an expression of private frustration, leaked by someone with responsibility for maintaining privacy.

There has been only one negative camapaign here if we look at the history, and that was Scarlett's campaign.

The worst Elaine did was put a "mythbusting section" on her website to explain why a large number of exec members resigned.

Only one was due to a personal disagreement, the others were due to workload, being elected, and getting an internship in a foreign country.
