What you say may be true, but you are stretching the bounds of fairness with a few of your quotes.
Clearly, the "spectacularly awful" quote was referring to how he would feel, not the impact on Streatham. Completely out of context. Equally, the Obama ones are a bit tenuous, it more seems that the interviewers put it to him, and he says "nice, but a bit excessive". Pretty sure I'd be flattered if that was said to me.

Right on, TB, I'v met the guy several times, and he's a talentless waste of space.

He's only getting this kind of hype because he's black. It's an insidious kind of inverse racism, where the racists are the Labour activists saying "Oh, didn't he do well for a black man, he managed to string a whole sentence together." In reality Chukka is a retard, and I find the type of prejudice that says "everything he does is extraordinary" to be based on the vilest and most patronising kind of racism. It's an elaborate mental masturbation technique that allows Labour hacks to feel so pleased at the thought that they may have voted for someone without any ability, but at least they voted for the black man who was so patently retarded so they can't be called racists, and everyone who even stands against Chukka must be a racist.

Of course, this sort of hype won't last long. If he gets elected (and he may well not), expect there to be a backlash. David Lammy was touted as "Britain's first black Prime Minister in the making" when first elected, but that balloon has burst ever since...well, ever since he opened his mouth in public, really. Lammy's hype was also based on his being a black man who looked good in a suit for a publicity photo, and not on his ability, with people being sorely disappointed to listen to the vain, pointless, spoon-fed rants of this troughing simpleton.
