This is the first assessment of the candidates for Chairman I have seen that actually focuses on ideology. A world away from the ridiculous playground smears and insults that have been flying around during the campaign, this clearly sets out the choice between the candidates - Howlett if you&#39;re a Cameroon, Cox if you&#39;re Right.<br /><br />Personally, I agree with you; Howlett will win this. Cox&#39;s communication has not been strong enough, and he seems to have focused on stronger branding rather than getting out there and meeting members.
