When well behaved it is a useful campaigning outfit (particularly to PPCs who have been involved previously - see Mark C**k). When it goes off the rails it causes embarrassment aplenty to the Party.<br /><br />2) In a more mature role, it hasn&#39;t contributed enough (or at all) to the policy process.<br /><br />3) Sitting outside the Red Lion getting p1ssed and braying - extremely loudly - about how rich &quot;one is&quot; while fawning over the occasional girl with her bangers out is exactly the wrong way to behave. Recent reports on CF activity in the pubs around Westminster has been incredible and would be funny if all young Tories were not tarred with the same brush.
